About Susan Baran

Hello and thank you for visiting my site. As a long time resident of Florida and a Christ follower I believe God has led me to serve others with dedication, integrity and enthusiasm. My husband and I love to travel, have 3 Australian Shepherds, and 1 kitty cat – all rescues.

My passion for real estate began years ago while my husband, Steve, was rehabbing homes for Ministry outreach and hurricane relief. It did not take long for us to start personally investing, as we saw how real estate made an impact in people's lives. Thinking outside the box and concentrating on creating legacies through real estate, I focus on the individual and their goals to best serve them and their family.

My team can handle just about anything you might need, and I have listed some of the major and most commonly needed services we can provide, just to give you an idea:

Real Estate:
• Helping you determine the best listing price based on your objectives. When necessary, providing a cash investor to buy the property in any condition, and close based on your timeline.

Repairs, Upkeep, Remodeling:
• Whether you know what you plan to do with the property or not - some maintenance is almost always required. This can range anywhere from lawn care, pest control, or plumbing - to re-roofing, flooring, structural repairs or even a full-scale remodel. I have a network of local service providers that I am confident will treat my clients with respect & professionalism.

Professionally Handling of Items for Donation:
• Let us take the stress out of your life. Reclaimed Ministries, a local 501 (c) 3 ministry will pick up, and provide a donation receipt. The entire family can rest assured everything is going to a good cause, and you are helping the community.

Estate to Donate:
• For those wishing to donate Real Estate and/or Personal Property, Reclaimed Ministries will provide a market value donation receipt from the 501 (c) 3, while working with the client’s tax representatives or attorneys to best benefit the client.

Family Law & Probate Attorney Referral:
• Legalities are important, but very stressful. I can connect you with a trusted professional attorney in our area that will work in tandem with my team so that nothing falls through the cracks. If you already have an attorney, I would be happy to introduce myself and work with them to create a plan of action together.
