I just felt I had to write a review of the outstanding efforts of Susan Baran [of EXP Realty].

I am in the process of purchasing a Condo in Vero Beach Florida Susan Baran is my Real Estate Agent & I can't tell you how happy I am with Susan. I am doing this from out of State and Susan is always available for me. No matter what I ask of her she is there for me. She helps me not only with questions on or about the Condo I am purchasing, but she coordinates with the other people involved, such as, the Mortgage Company to make sure everything is moving as it should or why it's not & what has to be done to get things where they should be. She makes sure that the Closing Agent is getting all the documentation to me, & makes arrangements for me to easily get all the documentation back to the Closing Agent. When I have a question about the Condo, no matter how small she will go to the Condo & look at it, take a picture or even do a virtual tour while we are talking on the phone to show me what I was questioning. She follows up on everything in a timely manner & is clearly a professional in all that she does.
